Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Guidelines

These guidelines provide background and examples of the value of diverse lived experiences and then culminates in an ever-evolving plan for H&V/FL3 to carry out its mission for the benefit of all children who are DHH and their families. Whether you represent a pro¬gram, community organization, or are a parent leader, the resources we have packaged will help you build a better understanding of the needs of underserved and underrepresented communities. By focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility we can do our part to transform our community for all families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Please don’t hesitate to submit a Technical Assistance (TA) request through our online portal if you need support in implementing any suggestions included in the Guidelines or have any questions. Our FL3 team is here to support your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts!

Several organizations helped to create and adopt the following collaborative interactions for our national partnerships. We take individual and organizational responsibility for adding value and contributing to the ethical success of this grassroots kindness movement. We accept the personal and organizational commitment to advocate for these agreements by engaging in activities that enhance and spread kindness and compassion.
