This pre-session will address creative solutions based on the best-selling book “Switch: How to change things when Change is Hard” by Chip Heath and Dan Heath. By moving away from ‘problem admiration’… to advancing the cause through looking at what’s working right, you will walk away from this pre-session with the tools to create measurable growth in your state chapter in the next 12 months.
