Hands & Voices State Chapters

Hands & Voices has an emerging voice (and hands!) across the nation as parents, professionals, and adults who are deaf and hard of hearing unite with the rallying cry of this organization.

This has resulted in the development of state chapters in order to fulfill our mission at its grassroots level.
